My next version will differentiate between synthesisers and offer only the modes (parameters) relevant to that modle. Example: Voice for doubletalk but speakout doesn't have that one so speakout users would not be given that option. I also want to add a feature to save and restore settings. I need to work out the format of that file as most unix style applications would probably save that info in a human readable format. Then there's the validation of the saved format - particulary if humans message with those saved values. So it may be a few days or more before I get that out but hopefully then I can then have the program in such a way it would be much easier to add new synthesisers.
