Yes. There are several ways I believe to do this. The most common way is to use virtual_domain entries in the httpd.conf. If you look up virtual domains in the manual it gives a detailed description on how to do this. I would be happy to explain with more detail but I have not done it in a long time and have forgotten the syntax.
