Get familiar with procmail.  You can develop some killer filters with
procmail since it uses regular expressions; you can just redirect the
unwanted mails to /dev/null:).

That is a great list.

What if one of those sites already has a user on their sucker list? What
can one do in pine or elsewhere to spot and reject or bounce an incoming
email from a specific source?
