Speakup 0.10 parms

When speakup is reapplied (CVS) does that mean I have to recompile the
kernel all over again? I'm thinking so.  And if so, can I keep the dynamic
modules I previously compiled to save time?

Hi Steve,

The speakout driver in the latest CVS version of speakup now accepts
either upper or lower case values for tone and punct.  Thanks for
reporting the problem.
