Hi all. I'm trying to use speakup with a doubletalk lt. When I send numbers in range 1-9 to /proc/speakup/rate, their is no change in rate. The default is set at 5, and is quite slow. Any way to increase speed? And yes, the voice is better than the bns. Much better. <grin> Chris
