Actually, no it won't.  Not specifying the 4074 port will connect you to
the speak freely echo server, as Gene illuded to in a more recent
post.  Kirk runs speak freely from speech.braille.uwo.ca, not bumpy (aka
lwl).  In fact, to run speak freely on a box that also runs a reflector is
a bit of a fiddle, and impossible if an echo server is also running.

BTW: Sam is running sf for windows, but you'd know that now already.
