Hi all. I've decided to take the plunge and switch to using Debian with speakup. One question though: can I use the tweaked debian install files from the speakup archive to install Debian 2.2r2, or just 2.2? >From my scouting around the archive, the base installation disk images are the only one's I'm pondering about. I noticed the base I noticed the base2_2.tgz file was marked with an asterisk. Does this apply also to the corresponding disk images. If so, what is different about them that I might be able to manually clean up after installing? Hope this is making sense. Thanx in advance, Ben -- '"Down there," he said, "are people who will follow any dragon, worship any god, ignore any inequity. All out of a kind of hum-drum everyday badness. Not the really high creative loathsomeness of the great sinners, but a sort of mass-produced darkness of the soul. Sin, you might say, without a trace of originality. They accept evil, not because they say yes, but because they don't say no."' (Terry Pratchett, Guards Guards, P302)
