linux starters manual

It's been a long time since I used latex2html; where does one find the
latest version of this tool these days? Is it the same place as in the past?

You can get the original Latex source or postscript from
http://www.fortuitous.com/training/

I have it in HTML (converted from the Latex) at
http://dalek.dhs.org/lf-html.tar.gz
