Bug in 2.4 kernels and doubletalk-lt.

The current cvs should have that fix in it.  If you are using one of
Bill's rpm's of speakup then you won't have that fix.  That checkout I
believe was from 3-17.  Update and you should be fine.  Right Jenny?
