a speakup question

If you are using a serial synth and you turn it off after a few
keystrokes speakup will consider the synth dead and quit sending
output to it. If you then turn it back on, you need to do an
insert-enter after turning it on and speakup will try to re-initialize
the synth. You'll know if it succeeds because speakup will say
LiteTalk/whatever re-initialized.
