Hi:

/etc/securetty has nothing to do with IP addresses or ETH0, it's merely
concerned with TTY devices (either /dev/ttyXX or /dev/pts/xx).  If you want
to restrict access to various IP addresses then use host.allow and
host.deny, but this only works for blanket access to services like SSH ,
FTP, telnet, etc, and is not used to accept or reject particular users.
