Hi Edit modules.conf and make the following modifications: change the line reference the snd-card-sb16 (or whatever) module it referenced before. Edit it to reference snd-card-emu10k1. It would look something like this: alias snd-card-0 snd-card-emu10k1 Now, delete the options line. Just delete it, you don't need any options for the emu10k1 driver.
