hearing the audio from a remote system

As I mentioned, the bitrate on the ESD server and the play program would
have to match, so it wouldn't convert automatically to a lower bandwith. I
thought you were experiencing packet loss between you and the site, but
perhaps not between other_host and the site, and not between you and
other_host.
