No, it boots, having dad help me the first time, the nonspeakup kernel it installed booted, but the speakup kernel gives errors, and gives a message saying enter root password for maintenance or press ctrl-d to start normally. Pressing that says automatic reboot in progress, and it does so. This was using loadlin with the kernel of the rh boot disk. When I try to mount once I get to maintenance mode, it says /dev/fd0, wrong major or minor number. It does this with any partition I choose to mount, including my dos one.
