Charles: I just tried sending myself a .wav file. It seems to have come through OK -- marked outgoing and incoming as a x-wav. But let me ask you, where/how does one specify how to "display" this file type? I never did follow through on that part, and now you've got me wanting to get it done. Next, I'll test sending an .mp3. My Pine is also 4.21, but I acquired mine via an RedHat 6.1 install. I did not compile.
