alsa drivers

Hi
ALSA drivers are sound drivers supporting a broader range of cards
than the OSS/Free drivers in the linux kernel. They also support full
duplex, allowing the card to be opened for input and output at the same
time. They're more stable on this system than the kernel drivers. If you
need better sound support than the kernel, get these drivers. They also
have native plug&play support, so no more screwing around with
ISAPNPTools. In case you do not know ISAPNPTools are tools to configure
plug&play devices under linux, but it's a real pain to work with.
