Hi Shaun:  There is no situation I can think of which would allow us
to write a driver for the Artic 200-215 boards.  They were designed to
have the tts code run in memory.  If we don't have the original driver
code there is probably no reason to bother trying to support it.
Besides that, they don't really work on busses faster than about
16mhz.

The Artic Transport is supported in Port Talk mode as well as being
able to use it in Accent mode.
