Personally, I've never liked LaTeX! There used to be some package called
latex2html.  I never felt I got 100% bang for my buck with that package
however.

I just got the files myself. Actually, the one you want (which appears to
be the source file) is fundamentals.tgz which has Latex source. Dunno if
you can read that in Word or not, but I'm working on converting to ASCII.
