Hi Bruce: Don't worry man, this is fine, we will get to the bottom of it somehow. Can I ask, what did you download the images with? If it's not working then we have to try and iliminate all possible causes. I presume from your messages that you haven't got anyone who can read out what's on the screen when this fails.
