Hi. I am not sure what install.bat means, but I was able to boot the
floppy (actually two floppies) and it came up talking. I also have a
speakout, so this should work. Can you tell us exactly what you did,
which files you downloaded, etc. and what you did with them, what
operating system you have on your machine, just everything you did
from the beginning, maybe we can figure it out.
Also, there is a speak freely reflector and if you go and talk on
there this might help as well.
