[PATCH 0/4] cleanup of memory access linearization

This series contains the removal a few unneeded things related to
the linearization of memory accesses.

Luc Van Oostenryck (4):
  remove unused finish_address_gen()
  remove unused struct access_data::pos
  no need to assign ad->type for EXPR_POS
  remove obsolete comment: /* Dummy pseudo allocator */
