Dibyendu,

dmr_C is a parser and JIT compiler for C, with LLVM, OMRJIT and
NanoJIT backends. dmr_C is derived from the Linux Sparse project.

Main highlights of this release are:

A JIT is needed for certain ways of generating Fibonacci numbers:
