Hi,

Patches to support these builtins have been posted recently. You can
get them via my tree at (which, btw, contains numerous other fixes):
   git://github.com/lucvoo/sparse.git master
  
or take them, for example via patchwork:
   https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10453661/
   https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10453663/
   https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10453665/
(but I can't guarantee they apply on the official tree).
