I have shortened the list to remove the persons which aggreed to a license 
change of sparse from the problematic OSL 1.1 to the MIT license. I've also 
added alternative mail addresses for people which changed their address

The biggest show stopper for a license change is Xi Wang <xi.wang@xxxxxxxxx>.
