Each of us have our domain expertise so I may review your code superficially but only the person who knows the subsystem inside-out can tell you exactly what to do. They are grumpy at times and might bitch a bit but as they they "it is your code that gets criticized - not you" I've learnt this myself over the years :-) -Vineet
