I had 38 of these machines, sounds like a hardware issue, not software.
Look at the diagnostic logs at boot, run T&D, etc.
Did you look in var/log/ files for information?

How to resolv the problem. We are not facing similar problem on the
same machine. We have put 144GB * 3 SCSI HDD with raid controller.
I need your help to solve the problem.
