By that point, it was far too late for it to get sorted out for 6.7. So, that puts it in the next merge window. Specifically: The release candidate -rc1 is the starting point for new patches to be applied which are targeted for the next merge window. So wait for the next -rc1, and you'll hopefully see your series get merged.
