There is a patch in next touching this message:

If this doesn't help, what is the event that makes the driver emit that
message? (Send a break? just big volume receiving? ...?) With the above
patch applied you might see the error counters increase. (They are
exposed in /proc/tty/driver/IMX-uart.)
