Why should I believe the signed-off-by when the footer contridicts it?
Which one over-rides?

Sorry, but I can't accept patches this way.  Please fix your email
system and resend so that I can apply it properly.

Also note that your Cc: lines keep being incorrect, please fix your
email client as well :(
