This patch is to replace use of deprecated gethostbyname with getaddrinfo in the file src/apps/sctp_darn.c. Note that different from sctp_test, sctp_darn prefers v4 address to v6 address when getting addrinfo from hostname. To keep the compatibility, we don't change it.
