This fixes the following sparse warning:

  net/sctp/associola.c:1556:29: warning: incorrect type in initializer (different base types)
  net/sctp/associola.c:1556:29:    expected bool [unsigned] [usertype] preload
  net/sctp/associola.c:1556:29:    got restricted gfp_t
