Mobile SCTP

Hello,
I'm a Principal Research Engineer at France Telecom R&D / Orange Labs,
UK. Currently, I'm managing a project related to inter-network service
continuity. We're planning to develop a prototype to demonstrate the
mobility and session continuity features of Mobile SCTP. I've come
across your Linux library.

I have one particular question for now. It seems you've included the
"Dynamic Address Reconfiguration" extension of SCTP (so called mobile
SCTP) in the LKSCTP library. Could you please confirm that?

We'll be in touch with you in future as soon as our development work
begins.

Thanks in advance.

Tansir
