From: Wen Xiong <wenxiong@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Add scsi multi-queue support in ipr driver. This feature is enabled by setting ipr_use_blk_mq=1 when loading ipr module and scsi blk-mq is enabled in the kernel.
