We already have that.  For explicit NodeACLS, see:

   /sys/kernel/config/target/$FABRIC/$T_WWPN/$TPGT/acls/$I_WWPN/info

and for demo-mode dynamically generated se_node_acl, see:

   /sys/kernel/config/target/$FABRIC/$T_WWPN/$TPGT/dynamic_sessions
