Just a quick note, as you are apparently doing some R&D, may I suggest that you test v3.x instead ? I can use all reports I can get, and this is the way forward :-)

what do you mean for v3.x?

kernel 3.x? (I'm using 3.16.3)
or the targetcli branch from Datera?
