From: Jayamohan Kallickal <jayamohan.kallickal@xxxxxxxxxx> EQ teardown should happen only after all CQ are destroyed. In some FW config, adapter goes into a freeze state. This fix moves teardown of MCC-Q before the EQ teardown happens.
