From: Jayamohan Kallickal <jayamohan.kallickal@xxxxxxxxxx> In case of MCC_Q creation failed, the MCCQ info memory is freed from be_mcc_queues_destroy and be_mcc_queues_create. This caused kernel to panic because of double free.
