From: Nicholas Bellinger <nab@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> This patch converts qla2xxx to run in host_lock less mode with the new IRQ_DISABLE_SCSI_QCMD() that disables interrupts while calling ->queuecommand() dispatch.
