This patch adds MegaRAID 9265/9285 (Device id 0x5b) specific code to
megaraid_sas_base.c.

Note: Patches 6 thru 10 have to be applied at once in order to build.

Note: The patch has been included in-line below, and also as an
attachment in case Gmail hoses the patch.
