[PATCH 02/33] bfa: (Cleanup Patch) Remove the per BFA sub-module files.

Change details:
	- This patch is part of the BFA cleanup.
	- Removing per BFA sub-module (sgpg/fcport/rport/uf/lps/fcxp) source files,
	  will be merging the implementaion of sub-module specific BFA interface routines
	  (meminfo, attach, detach, start, stop etc.,) to bfa_svc.c in the patchset.
	- Removing plog.c and the implementation of plog will be even merged to bfa_svc.c.
