[RFC PATCH 6/19] Target_Core_Mod IBLOCK <-> Linux/Block subsystem plugin

This patch adds the iBLOCK subsystem plugin for accessing struct block_device
with an emulated SPC-3 control path from upstream Linux/BLOCK code.
