[RFC PATCH 10/19] Target_Core_Mod PSCSI <-> Linux/SCSI subsystem plugin

This patch adds the PSCSI subsystem plugin for accessing struct scsi_device
using struct request from upstream Linux/SCSI code in k.o v2.6.31
