For future reference, you can submit the patch yourself too if you follow Documentation/SubmittingPatches. The only real problem with the above is that there's no signoff line, it's not tree relative and your mailer seems to have converted tabs to spaces (we have a separate file Documentation/email-clients.txt to try to address this, but it's not comprehensive, there being more broken email clients out there than we can document fixes for).
