Subject: [PATCH 3/7] [Target_Core_Mod/RAMDISK]: Convert to use Linux/SCSI SCSI_2 define

Make rd_get_device_rev() return include/scsi/scsi.h:SCSI_2 and
rd_get_device_type() return SCSI device type: TYPE_DISK following
Linux/SCSI includes.
