[PATCH] scsi: hpsa: Replace deprecated strncpy() with strscpy()

strncpy() is deprecated for NUL-terminated destination buffers [1]. Use
strscpy() instead and remove the manual NUL-termination.

Use min() to simplify the size calculation.

Compile-tested only.
