[PATCH v3 05/14] scsi: ufs: exynos: gs101: remove EXYNOS_UFS_OPT_BROKEN_AUTO_CLK_CTRL

Auto clk control works fine for gs101, so remove
EXYNOS_UFS_OPT_BROKEN_AUTO_CLK_CTRL flag.
