[PATCH 3/4] scsi: ufs: Simplify ufshcd_comp_scsi_upiu()

ufshcd_comp_scsi_upiu() has one caller and that caller ensures that
lrbp->cmd != NULL. Hence leave out the lrbp->cmd check from
ufshcd_comp_scsi_upiu().
