[PATCH 3/9] smartpqi: refactor rename MACRO to clarify purpose

Rename SOP_RC_INCORRECT_LOGICAL_UNIT to SOP_TMF_INCORRECT_LOGICAL_UNIT
to clarify the intended purpose.
