[PATCH] microtek: convert to use the data buffer accessors

Subject: [PATCH] microtek: convert to use the data buffer accessors

- remove the unnecessary map_single path.

- convert to use the new accessors for the sg lists and the
parameters.

TODO: sg chaining support
