The following patches made over Linus/Martin's tree fixes a qedi boot regression during shutdown, improve read performance when using multiple sessions, and do some cleanup. Lee, you reviewed patches 5-13 already. They were posted a couple months ago. So, don't waste your time double reviewing :)
